Rules and Regulations:

The following are basic guidelines that should be followed by both employees and official Gosha Rubchinskiy social media channels:

  • For both employees and the company's official social media accounts, the Gosha Rubchinskiy brand expects appropriate behavior and conduct. Controversial personal opinions should not be addressed on the company's official accounts, but if employees feel the need to express these opinions, it should be stated also that these do not reflect the views of the company.

  • Talk about the company and our clothing in a positive light and be sure to express our sense of individuality and exclusivity throughout social media accounts.

  • If an employee is to respond to mentions of the brand that is positive, the response should also be positive. Engaging with fans and customers is great, but this should not happen too often. It's important for us to keep fresh, original content as opposed to filling up our feeds with mentions. If the mention of the brand is negative, employees should politely refer the complaint/concern to a customer service email account where they can correspond to fix any problems.

  • Information about new collections, clothes, or collaborations should not be shared on social media. It's important for us to reveal these at the appropriate time through the appropriate channel.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The designated social media manager is the only one who will have access to social media channels and their passwords. This person's responsibility is to delegate the following:

  • Social engagement with followers

  • Creating and posting original content

  • Finding potential online collaborators

Potential Legal Risks:

In order to steer clear of legal problems, the following guidelines should be followed at all times:

  • Crediting sources (photographers, stylists, designer, model, etc.)

  • Fact checking

  • No sharing of confidential company information

  • Disclaimers should be made by employees if they wish to share controversial personal opinions on their personal social media accounts

  • Employees are responsible for what they publish online. Remember to exercise caution when posting on both personal and company social media channels.

Security Risks:

In order to protect the online presence of our brand and our employees, the following guidelines should be followed at all times:

  • Do NOT share passwords with anyone for whatever reason

  • Avoid spams and other hacking potentials

  • In the event of a security breach, notify the Director of Public Relations and IT Professionals immediately so we can work together to resolve the issue and release a statement if necessary.
