Building a social media following for an up-and-coming brand can be difficult, but what if the brand has already gained a significant following outside online platforms? It seems unusual these days for a clothing brand to gain substantial popularity and international attention when they remain a mystery online. When a simple Google search doesn't get you anywhere, how can the brand succeed?

 

Gosha Rubchinskiy is a Russian designer of men's and women's clothing brand of the same name. Gosha’s brand is currently being featured all over social media, but the brand itself does not have a steady social media presence. Gosha’s clothes are inspired by the fall of the Iron Curtain, Russian street and youth culture, and his experiences. Pushing Russian iconography onto the world stage, Gosha has collaborated with multiple brands including Adidas, Fila, and Burberry.

To keep hold of this streetwear brand's emerging international popularity, I am creating a social media strategy for the brand on Instagram. Through this platform, the Gosha Rubchinskiy brand will be able to capture and hold onto the attention that has already erupted in the global fashion community. They will be able to reach existing fans and also grab potential customers through their social media.
